Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with.
