Cutler Real Estate asked Brooks a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Brooks's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

  • University of Denver School of Business, Major General Business, Minor Leadership
  • Management/Customer Service and Outside Sales

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I'm passionate about making connections, building a small business, educating customers, and customer service. In high school, I went to an architectural school for my final two years, I love design, and believe that home ownership the greatest investment you can make. I've seen clients grow their net worth and achieve dreams through investments in personal and rental properties. Being a part of and conduit of my clients growth is a gift!

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in New Albany. New Albany is a wonderful family town. There are so many fun, family-friendly events throughout the year, and great access to outdoor recreation for play/parks/sports.

4. How do you spend your free time?

Mostly with family, I have 2 young boys, I also enjoy cooking, and am a passionate sports fan, especially the Columbus Crew.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
